Janis Williams

Lucky winner of KKNT tickets to Insight Bowl

Is there anyone else that is a KKNT listener in the PragerZona Group going to be there?

It would be fun to finally meet, otherwise see you in January. Janis

Commercialization of Christmas

All the commercials on TV and Radio, all the advertisement in the Newspaper and Postal deliveries, and the Chistmas Decorations and Gift Displays in most places for shopping are overwhelming! It is hard to NOT be caught up in the trap of overspending, decorating, and party planning to celebrate Christmas. Jim and I are going to share our love and talents (watching grandchildren/parents time-out together coupons, recipe making/cooking, sewing (nativity display), opening our home for visits, se

Since I do not have a cell phone, I hope you will understand why the term was unknown to me. Anyway, yes, it's clear that the young lady is using the site to promote her own advertising.

Okay, I am showing my ignorance, what is a podcast? Or should I instead ask, how do you podcast? Janis

Hi Janis, I have never listened to Dennis Miller on KKNT. I really only podcast Prager and squeeze books in between. Before I started podcasting this year, my last listening routine went with Bruce Jacobs waking me up, Laura Ingram during my morning drive, and then Michael Savage on my way home. I used to email Bruce Jacobs all the time... that was fun. But I have fell in love with podcasting and probably won't go back. Good luck on the printer and book stuff!~

No PE eh??? that makes sense! I bet the other classes keep you on your toes though. Do you ever get to just play Al Gore's movie while you sub??? ha ha ha. What was the "Lewis and Clark Expedition 200th year commemoritive" comment??? are you saying that your quilt is a commemorative quilt for Lewis and Clark? What does that have on it?

Out of curiousity... why do you need that specific printer... is that how some of the book is printed, and you need to match up with it? I bet its hard to print out all of your own books. What happened when you went to a signing without a book to sign? Did you just take orders maybe? Gotta run... nice meeting you!

Hello Josh, Today I was the subst. teacher for Junior High English and Reading (Specific Learning Disability classes), but I sub for most any subject except boys PE. My quilt travels with me often to my subst. assignments, as I use it for the lesson if I need to - Lewis and Clark Expedition 200th year commemoritive. I have some more research to do for my book in the Florence, Coolidge, Casa Grande area, and I am trying to find a 2410 HP printer, as mine has a broken part. I am trying to print it myself. I had one booksigning in Shawnee OK in Sept, but my book was not done. I have a signing in Florence in Jan. and Feb. and I must get it done this time.

Hi Janis, What do you substitute teach? How is the quilting coming along? My wife has struggled with that. How is the book coming along? Do you have a publisher?
